Reef Challenge Rules

1. This is an online (electronic) sweepstakes only. No entries will be accepted by mail, fax, telephone, in person or other means.

2. This sweepstakes is open to residents of the United States that are at least 21 years old. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited.

3. You may enter the sweepstakes only once. Multiple submissions will be disqualified.

4. Matching 7 reef items with their correct names enters the sweepstakes. All items on the Reef Challenge must be matched correctly in order to be eligible to win.

5. The winning entry will be selected by random drawing on or about September 30, 2004

6. Winner must execute and return the documents he/she will receive in the Prize Notification Package within two weeks. If the winner declines or is unable for any reason to execute or return the documents in the Prize Notification Package after the acceptance, an alternate winner may be selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsors.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the United States to be eligible. Employees and directors of World Publications, Coral Gardens and Coralations, (collectively, ''Sponsors''), affiliated and subsidiary companies and the immediate family or members of their same households of such employees and directors are not eligible. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, the Sweepstakes judging organization and World Publications, which are final and binding in all respects. The Sponsors reserve the right to change, alter or modify the eligibility and prize structure. Sponsors shall, however, be under no obligation to make any such change, alteration or modification.

The Promotional Period begins 02/17/04, and ends on 09/30/04. Entries received prior to or after said period are void. Sponsors reserve the right to terminate the promotion at any time they deem appropriate by giving notice.

Your computer must accept cookies or any successor or similar technology (now known or hereafter devised or discovered) that Sponsors may use for the purposes of entry tracking. Access the Caribbean Travel & Life web site at http://www.caribbeantravelmag.com/ . Complete the registration form online by filling out all required fields (if you have not already registered) and then following the instructions on the Web site.

No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected or illegible entries or e-mail; for any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability or garbled or jumbled transmissions; for service provider/Internet/Web site/use net accessibility or availability; for traffic congestion, or unauthorized human intervention; for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information, or the failure to capture any such information.

4. PRIZE PACKAGE

• A free 6 night and 7 day stay in a deluxe 2 bedroom oceanfront suite at Coral Gardens "An Intimate island retreat on Grace Bay" in Providenciales. Turks and Caicos. The approximate value of the accommodation at rack rate is $3,150.

• Airfare not included.
• Prize can be used any time between September 30, 2004 and June 30, 2005, subject to availability and certain blackout dates. Any additional nights will be at winners' expense.

The winner for the Prize Package will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received before termination of the entry period. To be eligible for the drawing, entries must be received within the time frame established in Rule 2 above.

6. PRIZE/ODDS
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prize is not redeemable for cash. No assignment, transfer or substitution of prize is permitted.

Potential winner(s) will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release. Failure to return documents in a timely manner, or if prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if winner is found not to be in compliance with these Official Rules, or otherwise ineligible, disqualification may result and an alternate winner may be selected.

Where permitted by law, winner agrees to grant to Sponsors, and those acting pursuant to its or their direction or control, the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the World Wide Web, at anytime, the winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information as news or information and for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without additional consideration; and further without such additional compensation, appear for or provide biographical information for use in any presentation or other activity, which may include filming/audio/video/electronic or other recordings and/or interviews, as may be determined from time to time by Sponsor. Failure to make such appearances or grant such rights may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner or potential winner; and while not obligated to do so, Sponsors may in their sole discretion, bear such reasonable costs and expenses which Sponsors, in their sole discretion deems appropriate for winners or potential winners to appear for a presentation or other activity.

By accepting a prize, a winner agrees that any Affidavit and/or Releases and any grant of permission to use the winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information, as stated above, may be secured by Sponsors electronically, for example but not limited to, by e-mail or facsimile, and such secured Affidavit and/or Releases and permission will have the same force and effect as if any of them had been secured in a written document physically executed by the winner.

Further, by accepting a prize, each winner releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsors and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited.

This offer may not be extended beyond the terms set herein and Winner(s) understand that space is subject to availability. In the event the resort is full upon your arrival, the Sponsors reserve the right to relocate you and your guests to another resort. Blackout dates apply; normally, dates prior to, including and immediately following any United States Public Holidays.

The prize is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash, and may not be combined with any other offers, discounts or promotions.

Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual they find, in their sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or Web site; to be in violation of the Terms of Service of the Web site, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods, and persons using any such methods will be disqualified. Sponsors may prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law.

Sponsors are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Web-site users, or tampering or hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Web site.

Sponsors are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the Web site. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsors, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes.

Sponsors' failure to perform any term or condition of this Agreement as a result of conditions beyond their control such as, but not limited to, war, strikes, fires, floods, acts of God, governmental restrictions, power failures, or damage or destruction to its properties or of any network facilities or servers, shall not be deemed a breach of this Agreement.

Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes and to select the winner from entries received prior to the action taken or in such other manner as Sponsors deem fair and equitable. As a condition of participating in this Promotion, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively, before a court located in Orange County, Florida, having competent jurisdiction, which Court shall apply the laws of the State of Florida without regard for doctrines of Conflict of Law. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Promotion), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
