Ingredients

• 1 lb Ground beef
• 3
• Eggs
• 1 1/2 c Onions; chopped
• 3/4 c Bisquick
• 1/2 ts Salt
• 2
• Tomatoes; sliced
• 1/4 ts Pepper
• 1 c Cheddar or Am. Cheese;shred
• 1 1/2 c Milk

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Can be topped with crisply cooked bacon.
3. Grease pie plate, 10x1 1/2", or sq.
4. baking dish, 8x8, or 6 10 oz.

6. Cook and stir gr.
7. beef and onion in 10" skillet over med.
8. heat until beef is brown; drain.
9. Stir in salt and pepper.
10. Spread in pie plate.
11. Beat milk, eggs and baking mix 15 sec.
12. in blender on high speed, 1 min.
13. with wire whisk or hand beater or until smooth.
14. Pour into pie plate.
15. Bake 30 min.
16. Top with tomato slices; sprinkle with cheese.
17. Bake 5-8 min.
18. or til knife comes out clean.
19. Cool 5 min.
20. 1/2 RECIPE: Use 1 qt.
21. square or round casserole.
22. Decrease eggs to 2 and baking mix to 1/2 c.
23. Divide remaining ingred.

26. Decrease beat time to 10 sec.
27. in blender or 30 sec.
28. with wire whisk or hand beater.
29. HIGH ALT>Increase first bake to 30 min.
30. If baking the 1/2 recipe: Use 1 1/2 qt round casserole or 1 qt.
