Symantec Vice President to Speak at SecurE-Biz CXO Security

information security, today announced that Ann Marie Beasley,
Symantec's vice president of global strategies and
solutions, will participate in a
panel discussion at the SecurE-Biz CXO Security Summit. The
panel discussion, titled "Establishing an Effective IT Security
Program," will take place on June 10, at 9:15 a.m. at the
Marriott Metro Center in Washington, D.C.
Panel participants will describe criteria and strategies for
implementing security programs that manage a broad array of risks
facing information systems in commercial and public sector
organizations. Beasley will discuss the advantages of taking an
integrated approach to security, spanning network protection,
systems management and storage recovery.

the Office of the Secretary of Defense as an educational forum for
technology practitioners to share best practices and lessons
learned in conducting secure online commerce and
communications.
Bill Robbins is senior vice president of The Americas geography, responsible for driving Symantec sales and operations in the United States, Canada and Latin America. Most recently Robbins served as senior vice president of the Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) geography, responsible for driving Symantec's sales and business development across more than 17 countries. In this role he served as the senior leader for the overall Symantec business in Asia Pacific and Japan.
