Gateway The road improvements, which in-clude relocating a portion of Centerton Road, will be discussed at the Feb. 11 meeting of the Burlington County Planning Board.
Laptop Parts The other major condition of approval involves water quality in the township. Hall said some residents of the Laurel Creek development have complained about insufficient water pressure and water discoloration.
Software Township professionals have recommended a $36,000 water-system study, of which Toll will be required to pay $18,000, Hall said. The builder also would be responsible for paying its fair share of any water-system improvements the study determines are needed, he said.
Hard Drives Laurel Creek Mews also will contain 13 acres of open space dedicated to the township for recreational use.
