Los Cabos Tournament Becomes ITOC Event

December 1, 1999 The Rolex/IGFA Invitational Tournament of Champions (ITOC) has accepted the Los Cabos Billfish Tournament in Mexico December 1-5 as its 55th qualifying event, IGFA announced. Winning teams from 19 countries and eight U.S. states will compete in the championship tournament scheduled for March 4-12, 2000, in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii.
