I have tried everything like port forwarding, disabling anti virus and read just about everything I could but no luck. I and my neighbor both have same modems and both use Verizon DSL. One last thought is once I had a problem with Verizon DSL and they were able to take over my computer remotely instantly without any port forwarding or anything else. Any help would be great.
