Forrester's Consumer Forum 2004 Attracts More Than 600 Attendees To Address Multichannel Best Practices

Annual Event Hosts Prominent Keynote Speakers From The Media, Travel, Retail, Healthcare, Automotive, And Advertising Industries

NEW YORK, September 20, 2004 . . . The most successful brands in the digital age are creating experiences across multiple channels that engage customers in new and effective ways.
