AMSEC uses the XyEnterprise products to efficiently document and deliver technical data for the manufacture and operation of some of the most complex vessels ever built. The output of the system includes technical data components such as Ship Systems Manuals, Hull Maintenance and Engineering Documents, and Ship Information Books. AMSEC has deployed the Content@ product as an authoring, workflow, and publishing management system. In concert with XyEnterprise's XPP publishing software, the system is used to create and manage content components and to assemble these components into complete documents or deliverables, including complex looseleaf and change-page publications.
