PeopleSoft Renews ESDM Contract with Intraware
SubscribeNet Service Agreement Extended to Support Expanding Digital Software Delivery
ORINDA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 7, 2004--Intraware, Inc. (Nasdaq:ITRA), today announced that PeopleSoft, Inc. (Nasdaq:PSFT), an Intraware customer since 1999, has renewed its contract for Intraware's electronic software delivery and management (ESDM) services.
PeopleSoft has successfully employed the Intraware SubscribeNet(R) service for the past five years, to distribute software in a personalized and customer-friendly way to its customers. These customers will continue to benefit from a variety of SubscribeNet tools to help them maximize the value of their PeopleSoft software assets, including 24/7/365 Web access to a personalized and secure archive of all entitled software and updates, proactive email notification and the ability to track updates and downloads across their organization. PeopleSoft will also continue to benefit from access to the SubscribeNet service's flexible, real-time administration functionality, including granular subscription management and extensive reporting features that enable software publishers to employ a single automated solution to integrate their delivery processes seamlessly into their customer support, product management and other business systems.
