eDimensional Denies Nintendo Rumors
Laptop Battery eDimensional, the leading manufacturer and worldwide

accessories, yesterday denied
rumors of a reported partnership with Nintendo Co., Ltd., of
Kyoto, Japan, the worldwide leader in the creation of
interactive entertainment.
IGN has a few interesting Revolution tidbits that were posted just recently. The first concerns a rumor that Nintendo literaly scrambled at the last minute to even get a prototype put together to display at E3. However, Perrin Kaplan, Nintendo's vice president of corporate affairs, denies the rumors, saying she saw the final design "eons ago."
Thinkpad Online buzz recently sparked regarding the Florida-based
company's discussion to sell its
patented stereoscopic 3D technology, which is currently featured
on the eDimensional 3D Gaming
Glasses and VirtualFX console
product, for use by Nintendo in future gaming systems. According
to a press release:
Because of eDimensional's ability to convert a two dimensional
image on a standard television screen, using the VirtualFX, into a
3D image, some may be correlating this with Nintendo's possible
upgrade.
Iwata did go on to say that Nintendo and Bandai are not readying a buyout of any kind, and that they are simply strengthening their current relationship. over was strongly rumored a year ago, when Nintendo initially took the 2.6 percent on Bandai to begin with, but those rumors were denied by both companies in official statements.
Microsoft "While it is typically our policy not to comment on rumors or
speculation, due to the overwhelming number of phone calls and
emails inquiring about this we felt the need to acknowledge that
eDimensional is in no formal discussion or negotiation with
Nintendo regarding our stereoscopic 3D technology," said
Michael Epstein, CEO of eDimensional.
According to the indictment, Jones would steal various IBM and Penguin computer servers from Verisign's warehouse in Virginia and sell them to Johnson. Johnson would then sell the servers to several individuals, who would sometimes place them for sale on eBay. As a result of this scheme, the indictment alleges that Jones and Johnson caused Verisign to lose more than $120, 000 worth of computer equipment. In the indictment, Jones and Johnson are charged in three counts with causing the interstate transportation of stolen property, namely IBM 330 and 335 servers, in violation of 18 U.S.C.
