Metastorm and Scandent Announce Strategic Relationship for Global Business Process Outsourcing
COLUMBIA, Md. & SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 10, 2004--Metastorm, a leading provider of Business Process Management (BPM) software for automating, managing, and controlling processes and Scandent Solutions, a global Information Technology and Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) provider, today announced a strategic partnership through which Scandent will leverage Metastorm's BPM software in its ProcessMind BPO offering and expand Metastorm's Asia-Pacific presence by reselling the software into key markets - including Singapore, India, Malaysia, China and Japan.
