Research, Inc. (Nasdaq: FORR) has positioned Open Text in the
Leaders portion of the Forrester Wave: Business-Content-Centric
Applications, Q1 06 report, published on March 29, 2006.

support the management of information originating from within an
organization, and help employees capture information, manage

Laptop Computers To assess the state of the content-centric applications market,
Forrester evaluated the strengths and weaknesses of nine leading
ECM vendors and four best-of-breed ECM component vendors using the
Forrester Wave methodology. After reviewing past research,
assessments of user needs, and interviews with vendors and experts,
Forrester set the evaluation criteria under: Current Offering,
Strategy, and Market Presence. Based on their ranking against the
criteria, vendors are placed on the Wave as Leaders, Strong
Performers, Contenders, or Risky Bets.
According to the indictment, Jones would steal various IBM and Penguin computer servers from Verisign's warehouse in Virginia and sell them to Johnson. Johnson would then sell the servers to several individuals, who would sometimes place them for sale on eBay. As a result of this scheme, the indictment alleges that Jones and Johnson caused Verisign to lose more than $120, 000 worth of computer equipment. In the indictment, Jones and Johnson are charged in three counts with causing the interstate transportation of stolen property, namely IBM 330 and 335 servers, in violation of 18 U.S.C.
