Viper Networks and Sysnet Sign Contract for Use and Distribution of Viper Products and Services for El Salvador
SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 29, 2004--Viper Networks Inc. (OTC:VPER) and partner company, SING S.V., signed a distribution & services agreement with Sysnet S.V. in El Salvador, Central America. Sysnet plans on immediately offering vPhone services to Sysnet clients at their retail locations, while aggressively promoting Viper's Virtual IP-PBX and other VoIP services.
Sysnet is a Computer Services and Network Consulting company that specializes in Wireless Networks. Clients are also able to purchase computer hardware and peripherals at Sysnet's retail locations in San Salvador. Phase I will be the sale and/or use of the vPhone at retail locations all of its customers and phase II will be offering the Viper virtual IP-PBX specifically for its corporate and hotel customers.

SING S.V. acts as an agent for Brasil Comunications LLC. As previously announced, Viper Networks Inc. purchased 50% of Brazil Communications LLC from Detroit-based Software Innovations Inc. in May of 2004.
