When effectively done members come to an easy realization of their personal self and the consequences of their actions at a shorter time and are able to manage the self to project confident and competent images, rather than getting their tongues tied easily, or soften to make loose utterances that would hurt the growth of the team.

Finally each member of the team must understand the importance of his or her existence in the team. They must appreciate that all members are required to make the goals of the business achieved.
