Laptop Battery The first six months of 2003 have seen no decrease in the number of fatal accidents in New Jersey -- or in Middlesex County.

Laptop Computers Assistant Prosecutor Nicholas Sewitch, who heads the county's fatal accidents investigation unit, said the statistics kept by his office indicate there were 33 fatalities in the first six months of this year and 33 in the same period last year.
According to the indictment, Jones would steal various IBM and Penguin computer servers from Verisign's warehouse in Virginia and sell them to Johnson. Johnson would then sell the servers to several individuals, who would sometimes place them for sale on eBay. As a result of this scheme, the indictment alleges that Jones and Johnson caused Verisign to lose more than $120, 000 worth of computer equipment. In the indictment, Jones and Johnson are charged in three counts with causing the interstate transportation of stolen property, namely IBM 330 and 335 servers, in violation of 18 U.S.C.

Desktop Computer "Some of December's accidents were probably counted toward the January total, raising the number for this year," Sewitch said, but he acknowledged that, regardless of which number is used, the total is still too high.
Notebooks "There is no real pattern here that we can address," he said. "But, I suspect that driver fatigue plays a much larger role than we'll ever know."
Lenovo Of the 33 fatalities reported by the county, four resulted in charges of vehicular homicide or aggravated manslaughter, an indication that the driver who caused the accident was drunk.
Hard Drive "We can't say how many drunk drivers killed themselves because we didn't do blood alcohol tests on them," Sewitch said.
Travelstar In at least nine of the accidents, the drivers killed themselves when they struck a pole, a tree or some other inanimate object.
Gateway "Those are the ones I suspect were related to driver fatigue," Sewitch said.
Laptop Parts There were at least six pedestrians killed, including one person who ran across Route 1 at the junction of Routes 1&9 in Woodbridge in May and another person who got out of his van on Route 35 in the early hours of New Year's Day to chase a dog. The dog survived.
Software Pamela Maolo, manager of public relations for the American Automobile Association's Mid-Atlantic region office, said the increase in pedestrian deaths in recent years has been a real concern for her association and state officials. The number has been rising across the state, not just in Middlesex County.
Hard Drives "I certainly think the state is making an effort to try to get a handle on pedestrians through educational programs and enforcement measures and we're in support of those steps," Maolo said. "I don't know what else can be done."
Electronics Last year, at least 20 pedestrians lost their lives, many of whom were trying to cross major highways.
Canon There were about 60 road deaths in Middlesex County in 2002, up from 49 in 2001.
Desktop Pc There is one bright spot in the numbers, Sewitch said.
Desktop Computers "We're not even close to where we were in the 1970s and 1980s," when the number of fatalities exceeded 70, he said.
