Madison, Wis. Information technology leaders need to identify and drive their businesses' core competencies, said Delphi Group founder and CEO Tom Koulopoulos in his Fusion2006 keynote presentation, "No-Fear Management: Innovating in a Culture of Change."
"We've got to make sure with everything we've got that the passion we have about vision and leadership is integrated within the solutions we have in IT," Koulopoulos said. "And that's a stretch. It seems as though we're having two different conversations, business leadership and IT, separate discussions. They're not."
