Sitoa Selects Siebel CRM OnDemand over All Others

Leading Customer-Direct Product Distributor Connects with Hosted CRM Technology Leader for Managing Rapid Growth

SAN MATEO, Calif. - May 26, 2005 - Siebel Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: SEBL), the leading provider of customer-facing solutions, today announced that Sitoa, Inc., a leading aggregator of products for connected retailers, chose Siebel CRM OnDemand over all other Web-based CRM vendors for its hosted solution. Siebel CRM OnDemand allowed Sitoa to better manage communications across sales and with its customer base.
Sitoa provides complete product channels by aggregating products from many suppliers in specific categories. The combination of connected retailers and suppliers comprises Sitoa's Business Direct Network. The Business Direct Network provides connected retailers and suppliers with a portfolio of products and supporting technology enabling category breadth, reduced inventory risk, increased sales, and improved margins. Retailers and suppliers who use Sitoa increase sales in a low-risk fashion, as Sitoa provides tools to facilitate direct product delivery.
