Lenape Silent As Planners Proceeded In Error

Laptop Battery The Lenape Regional High School District presented its plans for a new school on Carranza Road to the Tabernacle Land Development Board on Oct. 22, 1997. The board endorsed the site, stating in a resolution approved 8-0, with one abstention, that the school was a permitted use in both the rural development and agricultural production zones that applied to the site.

Apart from redirecting the copy of requested webpage to client’ laptop, web server also detects errors. These errors are commonly known as ‘Server Errors’ and are displayed on the screen with error code and error message.

Thinkpad By RICHARD PEARSALL Courier-Post Staff TABERNACLE The meeting's timing was critical: Lenape needed the planning board's review of the proposed site for Seneca High School before state officials would approve the district's planned referendum on the project less than two months later.

Microsoft As the Tabernacle board voted that night, at least three Lenape representatives sitting in the audience knew or had reason to know that planning officials were proceeding in error - the proposed site needed to be rezoned before a large high school could be built on it.

IP, you must specify the IP address that the FastLynx server is listening on. You can also specify the computer name or domain name of the server computer if the client computer knows that name. If the name is not known, you will see a Ìost not found error message, which means that the actual IP address must be supplied. If the server has changed the default port number (2689),

Error code is not the outcome of any error in client side. The error is generated if the web server fails to process the valid request of a client. This is considered as an unexpected condition, where the server itself is not specific about the errors. During this process, web server will record the errors in an internal log. Therefore, it is recommended to analyze the server logs to identify the actual error.

Laptop Computer The district's law firm, Archer & Greiner, also knew the site had to be rezoned. The law firm did not send a representative to the meeting, the minutes indicate.

Web server error codes can be of two types – Client Error Codes and Server Error Codes. Three digit error codes, which start with ’4 ‘and ’5’, are considered as Client Error Code and Server Error Code, respectively. Client error code is displayed if the syntax of the request is not valid. In this case, the server will fail to process the request and display Client Error Code. However, you may get error code by sending a valid request with right syntax. If it is a problem of that particular server then you will get the Server Error Code that starts with ‘5’.

Desktop Computer Six days before the planning board's meeting, Lippincott & Jacobs wrote a report in which the engineering firm acknowledged that schools are not permitted by the Pinelands Commission in agricultural production zones.

Notebooks Local zoning ordinances must comply with the Pinelands Comprehensive Management Plan. Most of the school complex, including the building, was to be located in the AP zone, with only some athletic fields slated for the section zoned rural development.

Lenovo Copies of the report went to Hicks, DeLosso and Archer & Greiner, as well as to the Burlington County superintendent of schools.

Hard Drive "Of course they knew that the Pinelands Commission doesn' t permit schools in an AP zone," said Jeffrey Supnick, a real estate consultant hired by the district in February 1996 to begin searching for a school site. "The first thing you do when looking for a site in the Pinelands is check with the Pinelands Commission."

Travelstar Bill Harrison, assistant director of the Pinelands Commission, said there is no question the district was informed schools are not permitted in agricultural production zones.

Gateway Hicks acknowledged that he and other district officials knew that when they went before the Tabernacle board.

Laptop Parts But, he said, Lenape officials did nothing wrong in failing to point out the board's error.

Software "We are required to take the design to the local planning board, which has 45 days to respond," Hicks said. " We did our presentation. Our people present our side of the story. We allow people from other agencies to do their work."

Hard Drives At that point, Hicks recalled, zoning did not seem like a big issue.

Electronics Part of the site was zoned to allow schools, he said. As for the rest, Hicks said, "We had been informed there were provisions to allow rezoning, to get relief.

Canon "The role of a superintendent is to be an advocate for children," he said. "Other agencies are responsible for other things."

Desktop Computers While state law gives planning boards 45 days to act, the Tabernacle board endorsed the Seneca project that first night.

Think Pad The only public notice that the school was on the meeting agenda was posted on the bulletin board of Tabernacle town hall the week before, said Margaret Guerina, the board's secretary.

Repair At the meeting, board members' questions focused on traffic, not zoning, the resolution endorsing the school indicates. There was a general feeling among board members that the school would be good for Tabernacle.

Data Recovery Several board members said their erroneous vote must have been based upon an old ordinance. But, in fact, there was no ordinance - new or old - that permitted a school on the site.

Cisco Just what the board and its professionals were looking at remains a mystery. Requests to produce an older ordinance permitting a school in an agricultural zone have gone unanswered.

Keyboard In 1989, the township had amended its zoning ordinances to exclude schools and other institutions from agricultural production zones. The change was made to conform with a similar change to the Pinelands Comprehensive Management Plan.

Monitor But the new version never made it into the books, township officials say.

Desktop "I don't know why it wasn't changed," said Jack McGinnis, a member of the Land Development Board and the town's mayor at the time. "Maybe a packet got lost. A secretary didn't insert it. There could be a million reasons."

Infosys But Tabernacle's old ordinance didn't permit the school either. It allowed for institutional uses in agricultural production areas, including schools, subject to the restrictions and limitations contained in the Pinelands management plan.

Refurbished Laptops One of those restrictions stated that the institution be primarily designed to serve the needs of the agricultural production area in which it was to be located.

Wipro The new high school will draw students from four townships: Tabernacle, Southampton, Shamong and Woodland. Tabernacle accounts for about 29 percent of the four communities' population.

Lap Top "Even under the earlier language, the school would not be permitted," said Harrison of the Pinelands Commission. " A very, very small percentage of the students would come from that AP area."

Refurbished A member of the Land Development Board then and its chairman now, Jim Woolley believes the controversy over the site has always been a case of much ado about nothing.

Memory A school, Woolley said, "is a far safer use of land than a farm. We were getting a beneficial use. I thought from the beginning that zoning was a relatively minor issue."
