October 9, 2006 — It isn%› hard finding books about voice over IP (voip) phone systems. You can find ones that explain how to evaluate packet switched voice quality, some that explore the architecture of voip, and even a few that cover security concerns for converged voice and data networks. But coming up with books aimed at the residential voip market is a lot like looking for that needle in the haystack. »

LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 9, 2004--THUS plc, a UK national alternate operator, has selected Nortel Networks (NYSE:NT)(TSX:NT) to provide the latest softswitch technology to enable it to deliver richer IP (Internet Protocol) based services to enterprise customers of all sizes in the United Kingdom.
"Computer industry analysts estimate that some 60 percent of all corporate data exists only on desktop and laptop computers, " said Walter Scott, CEO of Acronis. "Incorporating Acronis True Image with New Mexico Software backup server is the ideal solution to capture that corporate data and ensure that it is not lost. While traditional server backups are effective for protecting server data, every company should have a combination of server and workstation backup plans."
