OrderPro Signs Letter of Intent with Software Technology Company
TUCSON, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 12, 2004--OrderPro Logistics Inc. (OTCBB: OPLO) announced today that it has executed a Letter of Intent to acquire a multimillion dollar revenue-generating California-based software technology company. The company specializes in cutting-edge software solutions for the freight transportation industry. Under the terms of the proposed transaction, the technology company will operate as an independent, wholly owned subsidiary of OrderPro Logistics Inc.
