Hawaiin Ski Getaway
Each February, the NFL Pro Bowl Water Ski Tournament has enthusiasts carving up the warm waters of Hawaii, the smattering of Polynesian islands in the middle of the Pacific. This beautiful outpost of the United States draws people from across the globe: skiers, surfers, vacationers, explorers, lovers and water hippies. And who wouldn't want to come? Perfect weather year-round, massive surfing swells, grass-covered hips, that aloha spirit, and both sunrise and sunset each day. This, then, is paradise.
