Namco Continues GBA Lovin'
Laptop Battery Namco announced today that it will release a new strategy title with RPG elements entitled Rebelstar Tactical Command. The game is currently slated for an August release and is being developed by Codo Technologies, Inc., the company responsible for the popular Xcom.
Rebelstar Tactical Command will pit players against the evil Arelian Empire in the year 2117. The game will include four modes of play consisting of a campaign mode, skirmish, hot-seat multiplayer and multiplayer link mode. It will also contain destructible environments, a host of weapons, stealth skills and other features.
"'Rebelstar Tactical Command' delivers a strategic and addictive gaming experience on the Game Boy Advance," said Jeff Lujan, Business Director, Namco Hometek Inc. "Role playing elements and a new twist on turn-based strategy bring depth and high replay value to 'Rebelstar Tactical Command.'"

According to the indictment, Jones would steal various IBM and Penguin computer servers from Verisign's warehouse in Virginia and sell them to Johnson. Johnson would then sell the servers to several individuals, who would sometimes place them for sale on eBay. As a result of this scheme, the indictment alleges that Jones and Johnson caused Verisign to lose more than $120, 000 worth of computer equipment. In the indictment, Jones and Johnson are charged in three counts with causing the interstate transportation of stolen property, namely IBM 330 and 335 servers, in violation of 18 U.S.C.
