Intraware Expands Digital Delivery Agreement with Hyperion
ORINDA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 26, 2004--Intraware, Inc. (Nasdaq:ITRA), the provider of digital delivery services that enable technology companies to manage complex customer entitlements, enhance visibility of customer activity and accelerate profits, today announced that it signed an expanded agreement with Hyperion Solutions Corporation (Nasdaq:HYSL), the global leader in Business Performance Management software. Based on this agreement, Hyperion, an Intraware customer since 2001, renewed and extended the Intraware SubscribeNet service. Hyperion will also add their newly acquired Brio Software products and customers to the service.

Hyperion has historically been a strong proponent of offering its more than 9,000 customers worldwide, who represent a broad spectrum of industries, from financial services to manufacturing to retail, a variety of web-based tools, via the Intraware SubscribeNet(R) service, to help them maximize the value of their Hyperion software assets. These SubscribeNet tools include 24/7/365 Web access to a personalized and secure archive of all entitled Hyperion software, proactive email notification of updates, and the ability to monitor and track updates and downloads across their organizations.
