"These rules will be the most comprehensive set of water protection regulations in the nation, " said Juliet Johnson, a spokeswoman for the governor's office. Laptop Parts * Margate: $625,000 for replacement of 2,600 feet of deteriorating terra cotta sewer pipe with ductile iron pipe on East Drive and West Drive, and the replacement of 80 sewer-house connections.
Software * New Jersey-American Water Co.: $27.8 million for upgrades to its Colts Neck water-treatment plant and to replace about 36,750 water meters at homes and businesses in 16 counties.
Hard Drives * Ocean County Utilities Authority: $10.7 million for construction of a new effluent-pumping station to accommodate wet weather flow associated with projected growth in the central service area.
