brothers Doug and Drew Ross survived Saturday's challenging
qualifiers to earn a spot in Sunday's final rounds of the Pro
Wakeboard and Water Ski World Cup at Albert Dyck Park.
Notebooks Sharpe of Cloverdale, B.C. returns to Abbotsford as the
defending champion in Men's Wakeboarding. In Saturday's Men's
Wakeboarding Quarterfinals Sharpe survived his qualifying heat to
move into Sunday's Semifinal Round.
Lenovo Llewellyn of Alberta qualified in second place in Men's Ski Fly
competition on Saturday with an effort of 259 feet. Llewellyn
finished second in the heat to Freddy Krueger (272 feet) who trails
Llewellyn by just 25 points in the Indmar Pro Tour Standings for
the Ski Fly Season Championship, setting up a showdown in Sunday's
Finals.
Hard Drive The Ross brothers of Toronto qualified for the Men's Slalom
Finals on Sunday. Drew Ross finished second in his heat with a run
of 2 @ 39. Doug Ross finished fifth in his heat with the same
score, 2 @ 39.

Pro Tour Season Standings in Women's and Men's Slalom
respectively.
Gateway On Saturday in the Men's and Women's Slalom Semifinals,
Overton-Johnson and Mapple continued their winning ways, taking
their qualifying heats and earning the top seed into Sunday's
Finals. The advantage for Overton-Johnson could be enough to ensure
the Pro Tour Championships.

Water Ski Tour Season Championship by virtue of the fact that Jamie
Beauchesne, who has held second place throughout the season, failed

entering the semifinals will be Shaun Murray, the 1999 Pro Tour
Season Champion and 2000 Vans Triple Crown Champion.
