Ingredients
- 1 c Tomatoes; cut up (16 oz.)
- 1
- Bay leaf
- 1 c Tomato paste; (6 oz.)
- 1 ts Salt
- 3 c Chicken; cubbed, cooked
- 1/2 ts Rosemary;dried, crushed
- 1 pk Frozen succotash
- 1/2 ts Pepper
- Or 1 pkg. frozen okra;slice
- 1 ds Ground cloves
- 1 c Onions; chopped
- 2 1/2 c Chicken broth
Directions
- In Crockpot, stir together UNDRAINED tomatoes and tomato paste.
- Add chicken, FROZEN succotash or sliced okra, onion, bay leaf, salt, rosemary, pepper and cloves.
- Stir in chicken broth.
- Cover; cook on low heat setting for 5 to 6 hours.
- Before serving, remove bay leaf and stir well.
- Makes 6 servings.
