Microsoft Corp. and JDA Software Group Inc. (Nasdaq:JDAS) have signed a multiyear alliance that will expand their existing relationship and accelerate the development, marketing and sales of the JDA Portfolio(R) suite based on the Microsoft(R) platform and Microsoft .NET technologies.
