According to the indictment, Jones would steal various IBM and Penguin computer servers from Verisign's warehouse in Virginia and sell them to Johnson. Johnson would then sell the servers to several individuals, who would sometimes place them for sale on eBay. As a result of this scheme, the indictment alleges that Jones and Johnson caused Verisign to lose more than $120, 000 worth of computer equipment. In the indictment, Jones and Johnson are charged in three counts with causing the interstate transportation of stolen property, namely IBM 330 and 335 servers, in violation of 18 U.S.C.

Microsoft Claudio has been Vice President, Corporate Affairs since 1992, with responsibility for business strategy, human resources and large corporate contracts including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, as in the case of System One in 1995. Claudio joined Amadeus in 1987 as Vice President, Project Control, negotiating the creation of the Amadeus system with IBM, and the development of the Amadeus Fare Quotation System with Unisys and Air France. Prior to joining Amadeus, Claudio spent over twenty years with Iberia, the Spanish national carrier. Beginning in 1968 as in the Telecommunications and Electronic Data Processing (EDP) areas, he rose to Division Manager, Administration and Control EDP where he played a significant role in the initial phases of the set up of Amadeus. Claudio holds a Law Degree, a Masters in Electronics and Electricity from the Escuela Tcnica Superior de Ingenieros Industriales, and a MBA from the Escuela de Organizaci n Industrial in Spain.
