Extremely high failure rate, obvious manufacturing flaws between disc layers. 12/20 discs appear defective. So far I have burned 2 with success, 2 have failed. Quality is HORRID. Keep away from the indiia ones, go with Singapore (8x ) lenovo

Out of 40 disks burnt(all made in I.n.d.i.a.), 3 were coasters (cannot finish burn), 11 freezes at layer break, and 4 stutters badly at layer break. desktop pc

Never have any problem with Verbatims that were made in Singapore, those MII are garbage. Won t buy them anymore. desktop computers

ummmmmm, burning at 2.4 takes a while but hey, slower sppeds better results repair

this was a new box set. it want as the picture was advertised it was all purple and new looking DVD s. made in singapore. data recovery

Good discs - this review is for Newegg, not the product. refurbished laptops

Shoddy Packing. Like others, I trusted Newegg (I m a LONG-time customer) and ended up with a broken base and sheath of the spindle, because the two 100-packs I bought were put in an original TDK box(that has space for four 100-packs) with no more than half the packing peanuts it should have had. They were basically allowed to tumble around inside the box during shipping. I can t believe Newegg would allow this - they never did in the past. wipro

I can t see myself or my company buying any more media from Newegg. The price is still great, but not when they come like this. A real shame. lap top

Pros:

This spindle of DVDs has lasted for quite awhile and worked on multiple burners. Works at rated speed and reads perfectly in my older 5 disc Sony DVD carousel player. refurbished

Cons:

A few coasters on some LiteOn drives, though there could have been other factors involved. Still, I would blame that mostly on the drive. memory

Other Thoughts:

Good media, and has been read in a number of different standalone DVD players, dvd burners and older dvdroms not to mention my original XBOX and 360. intel

NewEgg doesn t know how to pack these

The shipping wasn t worth what I paid for. The base and sheath of the spindle of DVDs were both cracked to the point that I ll have to find another once to store my DVDs and the shards of shattered plastic and bits of packing material were interspersed with the DVD blanks. averatec

Other Thoughts:

Consumables don t have the same return policy - they must be sealed, but in my case, that s impossible because the shipping destroyed the packaging. I don t know if it s worth the hassle with customer service, but I will stop turning to NewEgg first. In general, NewEgg has been less impressive since switching from FedEx to UPS. UPS always takes 3 full business days after the ship date, whereas FedEx would often deliver packages early. hardware
