Best Developer of 2005
Laptop Battery Capcom Studio 4
Why we chose it: Capcom outdid itself this year. Sure, it didnt release handfuls of games, but it released one game that will go down in history as one of the best video games of all time, Resident Evil 4. The company completely revamped the series with its sequel, and it did so for the better. Not only does it satisfy with challenging and entertaining gameplay, it also delivers excellent use of audio and visuals. And if that wasnt enough, Capcom also released Killer 7, a game that has walked away with a number of AMNs Best of GameCube awards. Kudos, Capcom, for being the best developer of 2005.

According to the indictment, Jones would steal various IBM and Penguin computer servers from Verisign's warehouse in Virginia and sell them to Johnson. Johnson would then sell the servers to several individuals, who would sometimes place them for sale on eBay. As a result of this scheme, the indictment alleges that Jones and Johnson caused Verisign to lose more than $120, 000 worth of computer equipment. In the indictment, Jones and Johnson are charged in three counts with causing the interstate transportation of stolen property, namely IBM 330 and 335 servers, in violation of 18 U.S.C.
