IPVoice Communications Inc. Changes Corporate Name to NewMarket Technology Inc.

New Company Name and Ticker Symbol Better Describes Business Plan

Laptop Battery DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 16, 2004--NewMarket Technology Inc. (OTCBB:IPVO) announced that it has formally changed the Company's name to NewMarket Technology Inc. today. In addition, the NASD has notified the company that effective today the company's stock will begin trading under the ticker symbol "NMKT."

The information is stored on Smilebox, Inc.'s servers and is sent to and from such servers as part of routine product communications that enable Software functionality.
