MySQL Community Will Gather in Orlando to Learn About Latest MySQL Technology and Developments in the Open Source Industry

The annual conference brings together MySQL users, partners and industry leaders for an in-depth look at the technology and business behind the MySQL(R) database and open source software. This year's event is April 14-16 at the Peabody Hotel in Orlando, Florida.
MySQL AB will launch a new product at the conference: MySQL Cluster, an open source database clustering solution that will deliver high availability for critical business data. MySQL will also announce a new partner program to promote the rapid expansion of the network of MySQL-supported software. EBM Software will launch its new performance management software OLAP4All. OLAP4All provides managers and decision makers direct access to mission critical information. OLAP4All is based on industry standards, open platforms and databases.
Emic Networks will be announcing a 2.1 version of EAC for MySQL, which is application clustering software for MySQL. New features include support for MySQL 4.1 and multi-statement transactions, enhanced scalability and a new graphical user interface.
MetiLinx, in partnership with MARSYS, will be announcing and demonstrating a new version of the Colada data replication technology and disaster recovery solutions. Colada is a proven replication technology that has passed many rigorous tests, including a TPCC Acid test.
OSoft.com will announce the release of their first "Mind Altering Software" for open source developers called the ThoutReader v1.0. ThoutReader will change the way developers think about content retrieval by creating an open source standard for referenceware and documentation.
Radiant Data will announce new partnerships with HP and Novell. Radiant Data is participating in HP's Developer and Solution Partner Program and in Novell's PartnerNet program.
Tony Perkins Joins as Featured Speaker
