traditional cooking techniques and flavours with occasional touches
of modern flair.

Software Perched on top of the hotel, with stunning harbour and city
views, the stylish M bar will be the citys newest destination for
discerning local residents and hotel guests alike. With interiors
of charcoal velvet and silver leaf, complemented by glass and

Think Pad Formerly known simply as The Caf , the hotels all-day relaxed
dining venue is returning to its original, 1963 name. It will offer
views of the dynamic cityscape, accessed by an open corridor
alongside the Mandarin Cake Shop and the interiors will combine
butter and creamy white marbles with stained timbers and
pewter-style rattan. The showcase
kitchens will provide Asian and
Mediterranean flavours.
Repair The Chinnery and The Captains Bar
Data Recovery Beautifully restored, two of the citys much loved venues will
return to welcome back regulars and newcomers alike with their
traditional menus, draft beer in silver tankards and distinctively
unique ambiences.
