Microsoft The BEA Validation Program provides a testing framework to
verify the technical readiness of partner solutions that
complement, operate with, or extend BEA WebLogic Workshop 8.1.
Partners can validate the integration of their software
applications and solutions with BEA WebLogic Platform 8.1 or test
the interoperability of Java controls and integrated development
environment (IDE) extensions with BEA WebLogic Workshop 8.1. The
BEA Validation Program is open to all partners enrolled in the BEA
Partner Program.
If you (1) fail to access the Heligon server for Periodic Program Validation for a period exceeding three (3) months or (2) if the Periodic Program Validation procedure reveals that you are operating an unauthorized copy (Pirated Copy) of the Program (as determined by the detection of a duplicate license key), then the Program shall be automatically disabled and you will be unable to operate all of the Programs features and the Program shall have reduced functionality.
