Staff The big winners in the 1998 AFTCO Tag/Flag event were Dave Noling and Stanley Klimek in the Atlantic and Ron Hamlin and Don Anderson in the Pacific. Noling and Hamlin took top captain honors for the Atlantic and Pacific, respectively, while Klimek in the Atlantic and Anderson in the Pacific took top honors in the angling category.
