According to the indictment, Jones would steal various IBM and Penguin computer servers from Verisign's warehouse in Virginia and sell them to Johnson. Johnson would then sell the servers to several individuals, who would sometimes place them for sale on eBay. As a result of this scheme, the indictment alleges that Jones and Johnson caused Verisign to lose more than $120, 000 worth of computer equipment. In the indictment, Jones and Johnson are charged in three counts with causing the interstate transportation of stolen property, namely IBM 330 and 335 servers, in violation of 18 U.S.C.

Desktop Computer A citizen of Guyana was charged with rape, sodomy and kidnapping. He was convicted of rape and was sentenced to four months incarceration and 10 years probation. The victim was 12 year old girl.
Notebooks A national of the Dominican Republic was charged with criminal sex acts, sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child. He was convicted of sexual abuse and sentenced to 10 years probation. The victim was nine years old. The predator was 60 years old and the grandfather of the victim.
Lenovo A citizen of the Dominican Republic was charged with 13 counts of rape, six counts of sodomy and endangering the welfare of a child. The rapist was convicted of rape and was sentenced to 10 years probation. The victim was 15 years old. The subject was the victim's tutor at an after-school tutoring center.
Hard Drive A national of Norway was charged with 12 counts of sexual abuse, endangering the welfare of a child and sexual conduct against a child. He was convicted of sexual abuse and sentenced to six years probation. The victim was the subject's granddaughter and was six years old when the abuse began.
Travelstar Non-citizen sex offenders are subject to administrative removal from the US by federal authorities. ICE agents transported the criminal aliens to various detention facilities. All of those apprehended have been placed into removal proceedings. Those with final orders of removal will be deported from the country shortly. The others will have their cases heard before an immigration judge.
