(Nasdaq:YHOO) today announced an exclusive webcast of live performances by more than 20 guitar legends performing at the three-day Crossroads Guitar Festival, an SBC presentation, June 4-6, 2004.
Online music fans nationwide will have front row seats to the Cotton Bowl Stadium Concert in Dallas on Sunday, June 6 beginning at 11:50 a.m. CDST, when they log on to http://launch.yahoo.com/crossroads. Live coverage of the festival is available to the general public until 5:00 p.m. CDST on Sunday. Beginning at 5:00 p.m. CDST SBC Yahoo! DSL members gain exclusive live online viewing privileges of performances by headliner Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck, James Taylor, B.B. King and others.

The three-day festival on June 4-6, 2004 will raise funds to support the Crossroads Centre at Antigua, an alcohol and drug treatment and education centre founded by Eric Clapton in 1997. In addition to live performances by Clapton and other music legends, the weekend will feature the Guitar Center Village including interactive booths from leading guitar manufacturers, the "buy-sell-trade" Vintage Showcase and a display of guitars donated from Clapton and friends' personal collections for the forthcoming June 24 Christie's auction with proceeds benefiting the Crossroads Centre. Concerts begin Friday evening and continue into Saturday afternoon on multiple indoor and outdoor stages. The event will culminate with an 11-hour concert at the Cotton Bowl on Sunday.
