Kanoodle Appoints Andrew Zucker Senior Vice President of Sales
Industry Veteran to Drive Sales Organization as Kanoodle Continues Growth
NEW YORK, June 9, 2004 - Kanoodle, Inc., a leading provider of sponsored links for search results and content pages, today announced the appointment of Andrew Zucker to senior vice president of sales, effective immediately. Mr. Zucker will focus on growing and maintaining Kanoodle's existing client base and further developing the firm's outreach to advertisers and their agencies. Mr. Zucker will be based in Kanoodle's New York City office and report directly to Kanoodle's president, Lance Podell. He will manage sales and client services in Kanoodle's current offices in Amherst, New York and New York City.
Previously, Mr. Zucker was vice president of partner marketing at IAC/InterActiveCorp (NASDAQ: IACI) where he spent seven years. In his most recent position, he was responsible for advertising sales across the entire network of IAC sites including Ticketmaster, Match.com, Evite and Citysearch. Prior, Mr. Zucker was vice president of advertising sales for Ticketmaster Online-Citysearch (TMCS), where he built the organization's national sales infrastructure. In addition, Mr. Zucker integrated Citysearch's sales organization with that of Microsoft's Sidewalk, which Citysearch acquired in 1999, and also oversaw the integration of Evite after the takeover of that company by TMCS. Prior to joining IAC, Mr. Zucker spent eight years as advertising director with The New York Observer.
Mr. Zucker holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Hofstra University, Hempstead, New York.
