Meanwhile, my HP laptop I bought for $1, 300 back in October, failed to work properly due to faulty drivers since day one. The integrated webcams of some of their 6000 and 9000 series laptops failed to work properly and HP has failed to fix the issue. Instead, some online computer gurus discovered a driver meant for Acer laptops with the same integrated cam was able to fix the problem. HP still claims they are working on a solution...

Intel JTAG Cable for downloading a bitstream into an IC. (Not included
with upgrades.)
As400 Design Entry Tools/Implementation Tools/Express CD - This CD
contains Design Entry Tools that include Project Management,
Schematic Capture, Simulation, and HDL design entry/embedded
synthesis tools. The HDL capabilities of Foundation include design
creation and synthesis using VHDL, Verilog, or ABEL. Design
Implementation Tools and associated files and documentation are
also included on this CD. Typically, this CD is installed first.
Note that Express requires a license.
Averatec Documentation CD -- This CD contains the complete Foundation
online documentation set.
Hardware Core Generator CD -- This CD contains tools for delivering
parametizable cores that are optimized for Xilinx FPGAs.
Dual Xeon Esperan Tutorial CD -- (for HDL-based Customers only) This CD
contains a Tutorial on HDL.
Storage Model Sim Evaluation CD -- (for HDL-based Express Customers
only) Supplied by MTI, one of Xilinx's HDL Simulation partners,
this evaluation CD gives you the ability to perform HDL simulation
on all Foundation design flows.

Rational This section provides a table illustrating the memory and swap
space requirements.
Websphere While the following table indicates the system memory
requirements for Xilinx packages, the unique characteristics of
each individual design will affect the actual system resources
required. Processor and disk monitoring utilities use memory
resources to provide designers with an understanding of the exact
system resources being utilized during each phase of the design
cycle. The operating system adds additional memory overhead, as do
any active applications. Some designs can be implemented using less
than the specified memory while other complicated, large designs or
designs with extensive timespecs may require additional memory. It
is recommended that each designer monitor the system resources
being utilized and adjust these resources if necessary.

Camera XACTstep 5.x/6.x Designs - The Foundation 1.5 software will work
with designs created from previous versions of XACTstep software.
Xilinx recommends that you remove internal (CLB) constraints from
these designs because constraints that were designed to help
XACTstep 5.x/6.x place and route may actually degrade performance
in 1.5.
