I am over conscientious; I tend to overvalue others' opinions of myself today. Sometimes, reading a good post on healthy diet plan may create good image of what it is really going on.

I've noticed that over the past year I've been putting on some weight. The thing is, when you don't have a scale in the house you don't know just how much.
