Progress! Yeah! I slept through the entire night and I got up just before the alarm clock went off. The morning transition went according to schedule for once. I'm psyched. I had a big Mango smoothie between 6-7 and between 9-10 I had Quinoa cereal, minus the flax seed. I remembered recently that it's not recommended to heat flax seed oil, I assume the same could go for flax seeds.
