Macadamia-Orange Fudge (Microwave)

Ingredients

• 1/2 c Butter
• 1
• Pkge semisweet chocolate
• 1 1/2 c Sugar
• -pieces (6 ounces)
• 5 oz Evaporated milk (1 can)
• 3/4 c Macadamia nuts, chopped
• 2 c Miniature marshmallows
• 1 tb Orange-flavored liqueur

Directions

1. Line an 8-inch square pan with foil.
2. Melt butter in a glass bowl on HIGH, 1 minute.
3. Stir in sugar and milk.
4. Cook on HIGH for 8 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes.
5. Add marshmallows and chocolate; stir and reheat until smooth.
6. Stir in nuts and liqueur.
7. Pour into prepared pan.
8. Chill until firm.
9. Cut into pieces.
