Laptop Battery Chuck Lutz is a gunsmith in eastern Pennsylvania who helps hundreds prepare each year for black bear hunting in the Poconos and beyond. He's also an accomplished bear hunter himself, having taken many big-game trips throughout the country.

Thinkpad Lutz thinks it's "great" that New Jersey has preliminarily approved a bear hunting season. While working at Dunkelberger's Sports Outfitters in Stroudsburg, Pa., Lutz regularly talks to people from the other side of the Delaware River and many of them are fed up with the number of increasingly bold black bears they encounter.
laptop computers is driving strong sales for notebook computers, according to the latest quarterly sales figures from the research firm IDC, which reported a 37% computer sales for the second quarter, compared with a year earlier. In the U.S., laptop sales grew 17.7%, while sales of desktop computers and servers fell 4%. The New York Times ( 10), CNET ( 10)
Microsoft "We have lots of folks who come over here from New Jersey," he said. "Some have farms and they're just inundated with the bear problem." As do other bear hunting advocates, Lutz believes the Garden State is in need of a well-regulated bear season, something it hasn't had since 1970.
According to the indictment, Jones would steal various IBM and Penguin computer servers from Verisign's warehouse in Virginia and sell them to Johnson. Johnson would then sell the servers to several individuals, who would sometimes place them for sale on eBay. As a result of this scheme, the indictment alleges that Jones and Johnson caused Verisign to lose more than $120, 000 worth of computer equipment. In the indictment, Jones and Johnson are charged in three counts with causing the interstate transportation of stolen property, namely IBM 330 and 335 servers, in violation of 18 U.S.C.
Laptop Computers The Fish and Game Council decided Friday to give preliminary approval to a fall bear season, in which up to 10,000 free permits will be issued that will allow bear hunting north of Route 78 and west of Route 287. The season would coincide with the six-day firearm season for deer and it will have something else in common with that annual event: Rifles will not be allowed. Shotgunners seeking bear will be required to use 10- to 20-gauge slug guns or muzzleloaders no smaller than .45 caliber.

Laptop Computer While the inability to use big-game rifles is nothing new for New Jersey -- and it's a rule that also applies to similarly populated areas of Pennsylvania -- Lutz said hunters accustomed to killing deer easily with their shotguns and muzzleloaders should be careful.
A result of the latest achievements from IBM's 40 years of commitment to speech research and development, the IBM ViaVoice product family provides the most accurate, responsive, versatile, use IBM speech product offerings to date for the desktop software marketplace. IBM ViaVoice Release 10 product editions afford a " modal" computer input environment, freeing users from dependence on the keyboard and mouse for many applications. Release 10 users who enter data more rapidly by speaking than by typing can be more productive.
Desktop Computer "The problem you have in New Jersey is that, for the most part, you have to use a shotgun and that's going to create a problem of penetration," Lutz said. "Most folks are used to shooting whitetails behind the shoulder, where most of a bear is solid muscle. They have a small area where the critical parts are located and the fact that the hunters will be using muzzleloaders and shotguns may create a problem with wounded bears."
Notebooks It's not an insurmountable problem, but it will require a bit more training and common sense, Lutz said. Should the bear season be given a final stamp of approval by the council, interested hunters should become as educated as possible about the accuracy and killing power of their firearms, he said.
Lenovo "I can take five shotguns and they'll all perform differently with the same cartridges," said the gunsmith. "Bear hunting is a whole new ballgame. I have people coming in here all the time and they have no clue as to what they're doing."
Hard Drive Would-be bear hunters should also bone up on bear anatomy. Lutz said well-aimed shots behind the shoulder are okay, but most of his bear killings were with quick and clean (rifle) shots through the neck. "That seems to shut the computer system down," he said.
Travelstar Also, plans should be made, well before the hunt, about what to do with the animal. Removing a bear that weighs several hundred pounds is well beyond a one-person job and often requires winches and other equipment.
