Giulianis keynote entitled Principles of Leadership will focus on rules for leadership innovation and the lessons learned from leading one of the most complex organizations in the world as Mayor of New York City.
We are honored to have a distinguished leader like Mayor Giuliani address the many company leaders, senior executives and key strategists who attend enVISION, said Manugistics CEO Joe Cowan. Our audience includes some of the worlds exceptional organizations across the retail, consumer goods, government, aerospace and defense and travel, transportation and hospitality industries. We are delighted to hear from a leader who met and mastered such acute crises as 9/11, but also the long-term challenges posed by managing one of the most complex enterprises in the world the City of New York.

Referred to as America's Mayor because of his quick action in mobilizing the nation's spirit following the events of 9/11, Giuliani was named Person of the Year by Time magazine, knighted by the Queen of England and presented with the Ronald Reagan Presidential Freedom Award by former first lady Nancy Reagan.

During his two terms as mayor, he focused on accountability of city government, worked tirelessly to improve the quality of life for all New Yorkers and helped develop law enforcement strategies that became models for other cities around the world. In January 2002, he founded Giuliani Partners, quickly establishing the professional services firm as a leader in such fields as emergency preparedness, public safety, leadership during crises, corporate governance and financial management. In spring 2002, he was recognized as Consultant of the Year by Consulting magazine.
