Directions

  1. Large ripe peaches Brown sugar Blueberries Lemon Juice

Directions

  1. Wash, peel and halve the peaches, removing pit.
  2. Place each half on a double thickness of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
  3. Fill peach halves generously with fresh or frozn blueberries.
  4. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons brown sugar and 1 teaspoon lemon juice on each.
  5. Wrap securely.
  6. Cook on grill 18-20 minutes turning once.
  7. Serve right out of the foil.
  8. Can also be baked in the oven and served in stemmed glasses to dress up a meal.
  9. Bake in foil or glass dish for about 15 minutes at 350 degrees or until peaches are done.
  10. Allow 1/2 peach per serving.
