Ingredients

  • 7-3/4 oz can of salmon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tb Lemon juice
  • 1
  • 8 oz package cream cheese,
  • 2 ts Grated onion
  • -softened
  • 2 ts Horseradish
  • 1/4 c Chopped pecans
  • 1/4 ts Liquid smoke
  • 2 tb Snipped parsley

Directions

  1. Smoky Salmon xxxxxxxxxxxx

Directions

  1. Drain and flake salmon.
  2. Combine salmon, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, liquid smoke, salt and peppe4 r with cream cheese.
  3. Blend together well.
  4. Shape into a ball or log on wax paper.
  5. Wrap and chill for several hours.

  1. Combine nuts and parsley on wax paper.
  2. Roll salmon mold on this.
  3. Chill.
  4. If desired, just before serving shape into fish shape and garnish with additional
