thawed 1 egg 1/8 cup water 1/4 cup honey 2 cups finely chopped

wheat flour 1 tsp sugar 2 eggs, beaten ½ cup dark beer

Heat oil in skillet. Add garlic and oysters. 2. Sauté
for 10-12 mintues until oysters are cooked through. Set aside.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream, horseradish
sauce, chives, juice and zest. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Prepare Blinis: 1. In a large bowl, combine the flours and
sugar making a well in the center. 2. Add the egg and gently

the juice and add the pepper. 6. Heat a non stick pan and brush
with oil. 7. Place a tablespoon of the mixture for each blini.
