GCAdvanced.com, we want to make a lasting impression. The name of
the game this time around is not "submit your
email and cross your fingers."
Gone are the days where the die-hard and dedicated viewer gets
the prize over the lucky one time visitor.
The total approximate retail value of the Sweepstakes Prize is $10, 000. The dates for Sweepstakes Prize fulfillment shall be no later than November 30, 2007. After fulfillment of the Sweepstakes Prize package, all costs associated with accepting the Sweepstakes Prize package, including but not limited to federal, state and local taxes, will be the responsibility of the Sweepstakes Prize Winner. All taxes on the prize as well as any expenses which are not expressly described herein are solely the Sweepstakes Prize Winner's responsibility.
Thinkpad We have put together a Grand Prize package, a First Place
package, and several considerably smaller packages all constructed
using different themes and combinations. The packages are listed
below starting with the Grand Prize.
GCA's Re-launch Sweepstakes is constructed using a Raffle
Ticket System. We will choose winners through virtual raffle
tickets. Each prize package will have certain rules and duties that
must be completed before you the viewer earn raffle tickets and
become qualified to enter the raffle for that particular prize
package. Below you will find the exact rules and duties that must
be performed for each package. Simply just click on the package you
are curious about or interested in to learn what specific duties
you must perform to earn raffle tickets. Naturally, the bigger
packages will demand more work than the smaller packages.
According to the indictment, Jones would steal various IBM and Penguin computer servers from Verisign's warehouse in Virginia and sell them to Johnson. Johnson would then sell the servers to several individuals, who would sometimes place them for sale on eBay. As a result of this scheme, the indictment alleges that Jones and Johnson caused Verisign to lose more than $120, 000 worth of computer equipment. In the indictment, Jones and Johnson are charged in three counts with causing the interstate transportation of stolen property, namely IBM 330 and 335 servers, in violation of 18 U.S.C.

raffle ticket available for every single package, so you must
strategize and conserve your resources for the packages you want
most. Or use your own strategy. This is your game.

The Sweepstakes prizes will be announced simultaneously with the announcement of each Sweepstakes on the American Idol Underground website or in an email communication from Sponsor. The approximate retail value of each prize will be posted with the associated Sweepstakes announcement on the website, or on a Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions page specific to a particular sweepstakes. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes prize are based on the number of entrants during the Sweepstakes divided by the number of the Sweepstakes prizes. Winning contestants are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and use. Sponsor will withhold and report taxes as required by law. No substitution, assignment or transfer of prizes or consolation prizes permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of greater or equal value.

- You are allowed to win as many times as you're
awarded/announced, but with limitations. Limitations include:
*No individual who has won any prize
greater than or equal to $250 in
value can still win the Grand Prize, First Place, or any other
prize greater than or equal to $250 in value.
- You can give your winnings back to GCA if you are announced as
a winner for any package greater than or equal to $250 in value.
You can inform GCAdvanced.com to not mail out your prize if it is
valued at $250 or greater until the contest is over to see if you
can win yet a bigger package at a latter date and "give back" your
previous prize that is valued at $250 or greater.
- All prizes awarded at a value under $250 are yours to
keep.
- In order to earn a raffle ticket for whatever package your
going for, you must complete all the requirements! Then follow the
sample raffle ticket at bottom of each package so you know what the
raffle ticket should look like.
- For every single raffle ticket, list the titles you reviewed to
earn the raffle ticket. Post your current number of posts in the
forums. List what games you voted for as most anticipated game for
each raffle ticket.
- One forum identity per individual. Do not create multiple forum
usernames.
- Virtual raffle tickets are submitted by using the "article
comments" option at bottom of each package page. Simply post up the
specific requirements that you completed to earn the raffle ticket.
A sample raffle ticket can be found at the bottom of each package
page.
- Each piece of content created towards the right to a raffle
ticket in a particular package is only viable for that particular
package. EX: 2 reader reviews written to earn a raffle
ticket for a particular package can only be used for that specific
package and can not be used as a raffle ticket for another
package.
- Each package has its own set of rules and
requirements.
- Reader reviews must be constructed in a organized
fashion. Talk about the different
aspects of a game; from graphics to gameplay, etc.
- Winners for each particular package will be chosen at random
from the raffle tickets submitted.
- Raffle tickets can not be transfered from one package to
another. Once you hit the submit button, your raffle ticket does
not move from that particular package.
- GCA reserves the right to deny anybody of their prize for
whatever reason we feel necessary.
- GCA reserves the right to delete any individuals specific or
all reader reviews for whatever reason we find necessary.
- GCA's new system allows us to easily track how many reader
reviews an individual has submitted, and on what date they
submitted the review, and a great
deal more. Basically, don't try
anything sneaky.
- Winners of a prize package may or may not be resonsible for
shipping and handling.
- GCA reserves the right to change any of the rules or
regulations at any time during the course of the
sweepstakes.
- In the event that a minor wins a "Mature (M)" rated game, a
parent or guardian will have to give permission to us via the phone
to mail out the games to him/her.
