Desktop Computer Ryan also told AXcess News that the bank had not added to its loan loss reserve in the third quarter, citing an already strong ratio. The extra cash coupled with a rise in earnings could point to larger dividends for the third quarter. Ryan declined to comment until after the board meets later this month to determine if a dividend should be authorized.
