Microsoft Readington-Lebanon Sewerage Authority officials, however, have told Pulte that the plant is already at capacity. The 1.2 million gallons per day the plant is permitted to treat is either already being used or committed to other projects pending completion.

Desktop Computer He said the other projects that have been promised capacity from the plant are major corporations and not builders like Pulte who would be providing affordable housing under the state Supreme Court's Mount Laurel rulings.
Notebooks Pulte has used the affordable housing requirement under the Mount Laurel case to file a builder's remedy lawsuit against Clinton Township, seeking to overturn the unanimous rejection of the project in June 2001 by the township planning board. That case remains pending in Superior Court.
